1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TraderMynd mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TraderMynd is a trading psychology and journaling tool designed to help retail traders track emotions, enforce discipline, and improve trading performance. The Service includes features such as mood tracking, trade journaling, entry checklists, daily training, and AI-powered insights.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

TraderMynd has not launched and is not currently available for purchase. If paid plans are introduced at launch, pricing, billing, renewal and cancellation terms will be published here and shown before any payment is taken.

6. No Financial Advice

TraderMynd does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. The Service is a psychology and journaling tool only. Any AI-generated responses, insights, or suggestions are for educational and self-reflection purposes. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., journal entries, trade logs). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAJ Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
